You sold me on Jay’s book. I have been struggling to find a strength routine in which I feel confident that I am doing the right exercises. So I am always shuffling between different moves and I don’t think I make much progress.
It’s really great! I think you will enjoy it. I like the mobility/form suggestions for running and that there’s a number of different workouts to rotate through depending on whether you want to work on hips/core/legs/arms, ect. I want to make sure I’m actually making progress with strength and not just doing it to check a box, if that makes sense.
