Hi, I’m Brittany Vermeer – a writer, photographer, eternal optimist, outdoor lover, and triathlete. I’ve been a writer for 15+ years, and I work with outlets like Triathlete Magazine, Outside Run, 220 Triathlon, IRONMAN, XTERRA, ect.
You’ve probably guessed that “Triple Threat Life” pays homage to my triathlon roots. But it’s about much more than that.
It’s a blog where I write about the intersections between triathlon and life and explore how every swim, bike, and run can provide valuable lessons on the journey toward personal improvement. (Or something along those lines…)
This is my new weekly newsletter that will include blog content, random philosophical thoughts, interesting tidbits, and links to fascinating things I’ve read, listened to, and watched lately.
Sometimes, I’ll write about triathlon. Sometimes, I’ll write about life. Sometimes, I’ll write about both.
The bottom line is that I enjoy helping people, and the best way I can do that is through my writing.
That’s what this newsletter is all about.
The mission is to: inspire, encourage, educate, and empower.
